We had Osprey Building Company renovate an existing bathroom (full gut) and add a new bathroom to what was a walk-in closet. The job was, to say the least, not straightforward and quite challenging for many reasons (too many to list in this 5 star review). To add, our condo is over 100 years old, which means you never really know what you are getting into when you break down walls :)

I say that to set the stage for how amazing the dynamic duo of Kelley and Matt truly were. They ran the project soup to nuts and their expertise in the field showed throughout. The project lasted about 3-4 months and we had both of them in our home basically every day for that time period. They were always incredibly respectful and professional while doing the work. Both my wife and I work from home, so we saw them every day and were able to still do our day jobs with the work and noise without any issue whatsoever. Having builders in your home for that length of time can grow exhausting, but I can confidently say we thoroughly enjoyed working with them and having them in our home for those months.

There are always bumps in the road during any project and we certainly had small ones, but they were always quick to provide options and a plan for resolution. The end result was two BEAUTIFUL bathrooms that are the highlight of our condo. We look forward to enjoying these bathrooms for many years to come.
